With an indomitable entrepreneur spirit, Sanaya founded Agency Red in 2005. She has a M.B.A with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s in Science with an emphasis in English Literature from the University of California, Davis. She grew up in Hong Kong, obtained her degrees in California, and began her career in Real Estate in New York as an Account Director at the 7th Art. She has managed projects with well-established clients such as Vornado, Witkoff, Elliman, The Marketing Directors Inc, Corcoran, Newmark Knight Frank, Starwood, Oxford Properties, and Mattamy Homes. In 2005, Sanaya teamed with Extell Development on New York’s "billionaire building", better known as ONE57. She then worked on the mega seaside project Pier Village in New Jersey, a joint venture between Extell & Kushner Companies. She has worked with Equinox on over 30 projects and her hotel clients include Viceroy Hotels and Resorts, The Four Seasons, W Hotels, Hilton, Gurney’s Montauk, One & Only and Hotel X, Toronto. Her education & experience give her a unique advantage & understanding of real-estate marketing. An artist at heart, Sanaya works on all creative with her team. As Agency Red’s Creative Director, she ensures that the quality of work coming out of the studio is fresh and surpasses client expectations. She is a good listener, humble and has a genuine desire to help clients succeed. During the evenings, you’ll find her working on her novel or watching Star Trek with her dog, Bambi.
